From AED 950 / sqm
Suitable for value-focused exhibitors. May include reusable system structure, printed graphics, lighting, furniture, installation and dismantling, subject to the quotation.

Indicative industry starting prices for planning an exhibition stand in Dubai. Your final quotation depends on the approved design, technical requirements, venue services and delivery schedule.
Industry starting prices typically begin at AED 950/sqm for modular stands, AED 1,850/sqm for custom stands, AED 2,400/sqm for premium custom stands and AED 3,200/sqm for double-decker or pavilion projects. These figures are planning guidance only: scope, venue requirements and technical services can change the final price.
Suitable for value-focused exhibitors. May include reusable system structure, printed graphics, lighting, furniture, installation and dismantling, subject to the quotation.
Suitable for a bespoke build. Scope may include 3D design, fabrication, feature lighting and meeting or demonstration areas, subject to the quotation.
Suitable for higher-specification brand environments with multiple zones, hospitality areas, premium finishes and feature lighting, subject to the quotation.
Suitable for two-storey stands and pavilions. Structural engineering, certification, venue approvals and multi-exhibitor coordination must be confirmed for the project.
Separate the stand production scope from venue services, optional equipment and taxes. A rate per square metre is useful only when you know what that rate includes.
For example, a 6 × 6 m footprint is 36 sqm. Multiplying 36 by the custom starting rate shown above gives AED 66,600 as an illustrative starting calculation. It is not an all-inclusive budget or a quotation for any gallery project; confirm the design and exclusions before using it for procurement.
For production scope, see our Dubai exhibition stand contractor services. For drawings and layouts, explore exhibition stand design.
Use the same brief for every supplier so the proposals are comparable.
| Quotation area | Ask the supplier to state |
|---|---|
| Design and build | Drawings, materials, fabrication, graphics, finishes, lighting, furniture and storage included in the proposed scope. |
| Technical services | LED/AV, electrical distribution, rigging, utilities, engineering and which party orders or supplies each item. |
| Venue and approvals | Required submissions, current deadlines, access requirements and any services controlled by the organiser or venue. |
| Delivery | Transport, installation, handover, on-site support, dismantling and the change-control process. |
Important: These are indicative industry starting prices, not fixed prices or EGS historical project-data averages. Final costs vary with stand design, materials, graphics, AV/LED, rigging, utilities, furniture, flooring, approvals, transport, installation, dismantling and the venue’s current requirements. For future verified first-party benchmarks, see the Dubai Exhibition Stand Cost Index 2027 methodology.

Ensure your event budget accounts for direct venue charges billed by exhibition organizers (e.g. DWTC / ADNEC).
Venues charge for the main power feed (single-phase or 3-phase KW supply) brought to your booth location.
Rental fees per ceiling suspension point for hanging overhead circular banners or lighting trusses.
Mandatory utility plumbing connections for live food preparation or heavy dental/machinery stands.
Refundable security deposits and permit administration fees required by the venue during move-in and strike.
Indicative industry starting prices are AED 950/sqm for modular stands, AED 1,850/sqm for custom stands, AED 2,400/sqm for premium custom stands, and AED 3,200/sqm for double-decker or pavilion projects. These are starting points, not fixed quotes or EGS historical-data averages; the final cost depends on the approved scope and venue requirements.
The key cost drivers are stand footprint (sqm), height and double-decker structural engineering, material choices (basic painted MDF vs high-pressure laminates and acrylics), integrated AV/LED screen sizes, suspended overhead rigging, and the move-in installation schedule.
Ask for an itemised scope. Some project elements can be part of a contractor proposal, while utilities, rigging, access, badges, cleaning and other services may be controlled by the organiser or venue. The current exhibitor manual and written quotation should identify responsibility for each item.
Send your floorplan, show dates, and target budget. EGS will provide an exact, itemized fabrication quotation.

Gallery design render. An overhead brand feature gives this concept visibility above the aisle, while counters and product displays define the visitor-facing edge.
Ask for fabrication, finishes and graphics to be itemised against your chosen reference.

Gallery design render. The UAEU concept combines an overhead identity feature, freestanding display units and a seating area. It is a useful reference for balancing presentation and conversation space.
State the meeting, demonstration, furniture and storage requirements that affect the scope.

Gallery installation photo. The SKM photograph shows a two-level stand, large equipment displays and blue feature lighting. A design with an upper level needs its own structural and venue review.
Confirm lighting, AV, installation and venue services separately before comparing totals.
