33 Carrefour locations. Midnight to before 6am.

In 2019, Sadia's Carrefour hypermarket rollout was planned for Friday. On Wednesday, the client asked EGS to move the installation forward to that same night across 33 Carrefour hypermarket locations in the UAE.

Because mall work could only start after closing, EGS deployed 13 vehicles, 13 installers, and 8–10 QA/QC supervisors, starting around midnight and finishing every single store before doors opened at 6 AM. Scope included chiller branding and installation, plus island displays.

What EGS builds.

The retail execution chain under one roof: campaign assets, production, routing, installation, and QA/QC managed by one accountable team.

Scope

Supermarket and hypermarket rollouts

Chiller wraps, gondola ends, island displays, and campaign graphics installed around store hours so each branch opens with the same standard.

Scope

Product display stands

FSDUs, counter displays, and POSM fabricated for the right weight, finish, dimensions, and retail guideline fit before anything reaches site.

Scope

Mall activations

Temporary brand activations, atrium builds, and promotional pop-ups planned around mall access, approvals, safety paperwork, and load-in rules.

Scope

In-house production and QA

Large-format printing, joinery, metalwork, supervisor checks, and completion photos stay in one chain so color, sizing, placement, and finish remain consistent.

Scope

Route and crew coordination

Vehicles, installers, supervisors, and store contacts are mapped before dispatch, reducing late arrivals, missed branches, and handover confusion.

Scope

Launch-day consistency

For trade marketing and FMCG teams, the goal is simple: every location should look like the campaign was built once, then repeated correctly.

From list to launch.

Retail work is a logistics and routing problem. Here is how EGS secures the process:

01

Rollout Brief

Share the location list, launch date, asset specs, and store contacts.

02

Route Mapping

EGS maps vehicles, crew splits, and supervisors around geography and access windows.

03

Print & Pack

Graphics, POSM, and display units are produced, checked, packed, and labelled by location.

04

After-Hours Install

Crews deploy after store or mall access opens, with teams split by route.

05

QA & Completion

Supervisors check placement, finish, and photos before the campaign goes live.

06

Campaign Launch

Each location opens with the same brand standard, not a different version of the campaign.

Where retail campaigns usually break.

Vague promises don't survive a multi-location campaign rollout. Here are the failure points EGS actively prevents at the last mile:

1

Mall & Hypermarket Access Rejections

Uncoordinated security permits or late gate pass submissions leave installation crews locked outside loading docks. EGS secures venue-specific clearances and passes in advance.

2

Outsourced Color & Finish Drifts

Outsourcing print files to third parties results in mismatched colors and sizing errors on site. EGS prints and fabricates in-house, ensuring absolute color consistency and perfect fitment.

3

Disconnected Crews & Delivery

Separate print, transport, and install crews cause components to arrive without installers. EGS integrates production, trucking, and install under a single operational chain.

4

Zero Live Completion Snagging

Leaving campaign managers to guess if a store actually went live. EGS supervisors run strict on-site QA checklists and compile photo logs for your team before the store opens.

Questions retail teams ask first.

Short, grounded answers before the location list moves.

Send the location list and launch date.

EGS will return route mapping, vehicle counts, crew allocation, and a confirmed overnight install schedule.
